Slimway recipe for Blueberry Pancakes
Where there is a perfect pancake flip, there is life
2 cal spray.
80g porridge oats.
1 tsp sweetener.
1 tsp vanilla essence.
1 tsp cinnamon.
4 eggs.
1 large pot of vanilla fat-free yogurt.
400g blueberries.
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend into a smooth batter.
Add 3/4 of the blueberries and fold in gently.
Spray 2 cal spray in a non-stick frying pan and pour a little of the batter each time to make the desired amount of pancakes.
Serve with a little of the remaining blueberries and fresh strawberries.
Pour Skinny maple syrup when serving.
