Weight loss superstar Claire golden joined her local Slimway class with some friends thinking here it goes again, as she had been to many slimming clubs previously. The minute Claire joined her Slimway class, she just loved it. Claire says that the plan is so easy, so straight forward, and regardless of where she might have to go, she could always fit the plan into suit any situation she found herself in. Claire discovered how to enjoy life while losing weight as no foods were banned. Foods are easily monitored, and the things she liked and enjoyed were structured nicely into the plan. Claire being a personal shopper, as her profession says I was great for advising others on how to dress for their shape and became an expert at hiding my own. Now one and a half stone lighter and maintaining my weight loss with little effort I feel fabulous, much healthier, tons of energy, and more confident. I am currently wearing clothes that at one time I could only dream about wearing. Slimway has changed my life, I am one of the happiest persons on earth, never have I lost weight so easily and so realistically before, and any weight I may have lost in the past with other plans I was on, always went back on all too quickly. I have lost my weight for over a year now and Keeping it off and enjoying the simplicity of maintenance.
