If a class isn't available to you locally or cannot make it to one of our many courses, do not worry you can join us Online where you will receive the same warm and friendly welcome that you would receive as if you were attending our classes. You will have full access to our Healthy Eating and Healthy Living Plan. Slimway Online has many fantastic features. Meal Ideas for Breakfast Lunch and Dinner and delicious Treat ideas, video library including a video fully explaining the Slimway Plan, Meal videos, Exercise videos from beginner to advance, weekly video update with interesting topics including tips and support. You will be able to avail of personalised advice from our Online Chat function. During Online, you can use our customized Online Food Journal. Additionally, you can enter your weekly weight, which is then represented on a graph to show you how you progress. You will have access priority email, support, a question and answer section, and you will receive your well-deserved awards for your success.
